Every knife is posted fully insured with a tracked service. UK delivery is £6.50 and international delivery is £22 per order. Dispatched within 3 working days, fully insured and tracked.
Knives are packed in a protective sheath or blade guard inside a rigid box. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is posted.
I ship to the countries offered at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and any local handling fees charged on arrival are the buyer's responsibility. Please check that carbon-steel kitchen knives can be imported where you live before ordering.
If your knife isn't what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the knife price, provided it is unused, still sharp as it was sent, and returned in its original packaging. Please email hello@reviveknives.co.uk first so we can arrange it. Return postage is at the buyer's cost unless the knife is faulty or not as described.
If a knife arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I'll put it right.
Vintage carbon steel is wonderful to use, but it will patina and can rust if left wet. Hand-wash, dry straight away, and wipe the blade with a little camellia or food-safe mineral oil if it's going to sit unused. Never put a revived knife in the dishwasher.
